Hi, I'm Susan! I wanted to start a blog to inspire others to eat healthy, share delicious recipes, workout tips and interesting nutrition tips.

For many people, healthy eating is a chore. Why would you bother eating a salad when there are so many other (unhealthy) options out there? I’m here to show you that in a world filled with sweets, dairy and gluten, eating healthy is actually easy and delicious! 

Getting in shape shouldn’t be a punishment. It’s an amazing and empowering lifestyle decision that anyone can make. I believe in finding the pleasurable side of fitness; and while there may be a sore muscle or two along the way, the benefits of fitness is worth the discomfort.
